Job Description:
This 13-week travel nursing assignment in San Luis Obispo offers an opportunity to provide unit-based leadership on the night shift. You will supervise and direct nursing staff, collaborate with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and team members, and use independent judgment to support safe, cost-effective care. The role includes monitoring patient experience, identifying opportunities to improve quality, and helping the unit deliver positive outcomes throughout each shift.
