Job Description:
This 13-week travel nursing contract offers a unit-based leadership role on the day shift in San Luis Obispo. You will work closely with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and staff while supervising assigned nursing and ancillary personnel. The role focuses on coordinating safe, cost-effective patient care, supporting positive outcomes and patient satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to improve the quality of the patient experience.
