Job Description:
This 13-week travel assignment supports labor and delivery services in Mount Vernon, Illinois. You will care for laboring, antepartum, gynecologic, and postpartum patients while assisting with inductions, cesarean sections, triage, admissions, and newborn procedures. The role may include circulating and scrubbing, with opportunities to support a Level 2 nursery. The unit averages approximately 140 deliveries per month and schedules either three or four 12-hour shifts, with no call requirement. A little variety comes built in: no two delivery days are exactly alike.
