Job Description:
Join a progressive care team in Rochester as a travel Registered Nurse caring for patients with complex medical needs, including diabetic ketoacidosis, acute respiratory conditions requiring BiPAP, high-flow oxygen, or ventilator support, alcohol withdrawal, and sepsis. This assignment features consistent night shifts, floating to medical-surgical units, and every-other-weekend coverage. RNs should be prepared to perform phlebotomy and start IVs, with experience using CADDS and PCA pumps. First-time travelers are welcome, and a little night-shift stamina will go a long way.
Weather:
Expect cool, crisp conditions with a mix of cloudy skies, occasional rain, and refreshing outdoor air. Layered clothing and a light waterproof jacket are useful for exploring comfortably.
