Job description
Job Description:
Join an outpatient rehabilitation team in South Haven, Michigan, as a Physical Therapist Assistant working under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will follow established plans of care, provide hands-on therapy treatments and physical therapy activities, educate patients and families, document services in the electronic health record, and participate in interdisciplinary discussions and program development. This assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call, weekend, or floating requirements, plus the opportunity to support individual and group therapy in a coastal community.

Shift: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday; 7:00 AM–6:15 PM Monday through Thursday and 7:00 AM–4:45 PM Friday
