Job Description:
This travel assignment is designed for a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse caring for patients with neurological disorders, stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory conditions of the brain and spinal cord, and post-operative spinal and orthopedic needs. The unit also supports telemetry, bariatric, and neuro-monitoring patients, offering a varied clinical experience. You will work day shifts, use EPIC and Pyxis, care for approximately four to five patients, and may float to other medical-surgical units, intensive care units, or emergency department waiting areas. The schedule includes every other weekend, making this a focused assignment with a broad range of neuro and post-surgical care.
