Job Description:
This travel assignment is designed for a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience supporting rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy, and document progress throughout the assignment. Experience in a leadership role and knowledge of PDPM are required, along with an active Missouri license. New graduates are not accepted for this position.
