Job Description:
Provide coordinated nursing care for patients or an assigned patient group during a 13-week travel contract in Bakersfield. You will deliver care according to established standards and the nursing process, use critical thinking and independent judgment, and coordinate services with other disciplines. This night-shift assignment also includes supervising and directing various levels of nursing staff, making it a strong opportunity for an experienced nurse who is comfortable taking a leadership role overnight.
