Job Description:
Join a Heart and Vascular team as a traveling Sonographer performing non-invasive vascular and echocardiography studies in an inpatient setting. You will complete transthoracic echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms, and Definity contrast injections while following established testing protocols and producing high-quality images and data. This assignment includes a 10-hour mid shift, extensive training on department protocols, opportunities to participate in research and procedures, and experience with current ultrasound technology. You will obtain patient histories, explain procedures, coordinate exams with care areas, manage add-on and emergency studies, and support quality improvement activities.
