Job description
This travel assignment is for an experienced Registered Nurse supporting a fast-paced, high-acuity medical intensive care unit in Dayton. The nurse will care for critically ill patients, manage advanced monitoring such as arterial lines, ICP monitoring, FloTrac, BIS, and train-of-four, and assist with bedside procedures including endoscopy, bronchoscopy, tracheostomy, and G-tube placement. The role includes night shifts, frequent post-operative recovery, and floating to medically appropriate specialty areas when needed. Travelers should be prepared to interpret EKG strips, support respiratory patients, and work assigned holidays and every other weekend.
