Job description
Job Description:
Join a 12-week physical therapy travel assignment in acute care, working with adults through geriatrics across orthopedic, medical, neurological, and critical care populations. You will evaluate and treat patients recovering from total joint replacements, hip fractures, CVA, COPD, AKI, pneumonia, and other complex medical conditions. The role includes same-day surgery support, ICU coverage, discharge recommendations, daily documentation, and charge entry. Expect approximately 12 visits per day, floating throughout the hospital, and working in Epic. Black and gray scrubs are required. BLS certification and an active Georgia physical therapy license are required, and first-time travelers are welcome.
