Material Handler – Forklift & Warehouse Operations Location: Natomas, CA
Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Material Handler to join a leading home heating and hearth products manufacturer in Natomas. This role combines forklift operation, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and computer-based warehouse tasks.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable operating warehouse equipment, working with inventory systems, and handling shipping documentation with a high level of accuracy. This is a long-term opportunity for someone looking to grow with an established company.
What You'll Do

• Operate a sit-down electric forklift and cherry picker to move, stage, and store materials
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and update material movements
• Receive, organize, and distribute materials throughout the warehouse
• Prepare shipments and verify quantities against orders and shipping documents
• Review bills of lading and assist with freight documentation and charges
• Operate shrink-wrap equipment to prepare materials for shipment
• Enter and review information using warehouse computer systems
• Maintain accurate inventory records and pay close attention to product details
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and keep work areas organized
• Lift, move, and handle materials as needed throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

• Previous material handling or warehouse experience
• Hands-on experience operating a sit-down electric forklift
• Experience operating a cherry picker preferred
• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems
• Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
• Knowledge of bills of lading, shipping documents, and freight charges
• Experience using shrink-wrap machines preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required
• Dependable attendance and a commitment to working safely
