CT Travel Job Details

• Location: Baltimore, Maryland
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,270–$2,440
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: November 16, 2026
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour night shifts
• Shift Hours: 6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Hours per Week: 36
• Patient Population: Neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• On-Call: Not required
• Orientation: 24 hours

CT Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of CT technologist or computed tomography experience in a hospital setting
• ARRT certification in CT and Radiography
• Current BLS certification
• Active Maryland state license or compact eligibility, as applicable
• Experience with Epic or comparable electronic health record and charting systems preferred
• Trauma, emergency department, ICU, pediatric acute care, and adult acute care experience preferred
• Ability to perform radiation safety procedures and prepare or administer contrast media
• Comfort working with Philips and Siemens CT equipment

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations and diagnostic imaging studies for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics
• Complete head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, musculoskeletal, vascular, and trauma CT imaging studies
• Perform multiplanar reconstruction, 3D rendering, maximum intensity projection, surface-shaded displays, volume rendering, and region-of-interest measurements
• Prepare and administer contrast media in accordance with established protocols
• Maintain radiation safety standards and provide appropriate isolation precautions and personal protective equipment
• Operate Philips 7500, Philips Brilliance 64, and Siemens Force CT equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic imaging
• Participate in weekend coverage, including every other weekend and potentially additional weekends when block scheduling is used
• Work scheduled holidays as assigned and float within the CT technologist's scope of practice when needed
