Job description
Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist on a 13-week travel contract in Farmington, Connecticut. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, with every other weekend rotation, providing vital respiratory support to adult patients with respiratory, cardiac, orthopedic, ICU, ED, MS, TELE, DOC, and psychiatric needs. You'll be floating to different units as needed, including ER and ICU, demonstrating your adaptability and clinical expertise. The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of experience, hold an active RRT certification through NBRC or an equivalent, and be comfortable working in EPIC electronic health record systems. This position offers a weekly gross pay of approximately $2,312, with mandatory overtime to ensure comprehensive patient coverage, making your contribution crucial to the team.
