Job description

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist in a vibrant pediatric setting, where every night shift offers a new challenge and a chance to make a real impact. This 13-week contract provides the opportunity to work primarily within a dedicated NICU or PICU, with occasional float duties across Peds as needed. You'll be part of a team that values expertise in neonatal or pediatric respiratory care, handling complex cases in a children’s hospital environment. The shift schedule is a 12-hour night (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), and you’ll be working every other weekend—perfect for those who thrive with a structured yet dynamic schedule. If you have prior children’s hospital experience, particularly in NICU or PICU, and hold current Indiana state licensure, this role is designed for you. Expect to be part of a collaborative team where your skills in respiratory therapy will help support critically ill children during some of their most vulnerable moments. And yes, you'll have the chance to sharpen your skills in a setting that appreciates specialized pediatric respiratory care—without the extra fuss.
