Job Description:
This travel assignment is for an ICU registered nurse joining a float pool in an acute care setting. You will provide direct care for critically ill patients while floating between ICU floors and, when needed, lower-acuity areas such as telemetry. The schedule consists of 12-hour night shifts, with weekend coverage typically required at least every other weekend and potentially more frequently based on unit needs. You should be prepared to work three of five major holidays and adapt to changing assignments—your clinical experience may take you across several units during the contract.
