Job Description:
This travel assignment is designed for an experienced respiratory therapy clinician supporting adult critical care, trauma, intensive care, and emergency services. The role includes respiratory assessments, arterial punctures and blood gas analysis, ventilator and noninvasive ventilation management, medication delivery, airway clearance, intubation support, tracheostomy care, bronchoscopy support, extubations, emergency response, ICU rounds, and intrahospital transport. The clinician will work 12-hour night shifts, participate in every other weekend and holiday coverage, and may float between nearby campuses as needed. Familiarity with complex respiratory equipment and the ability to respond calmly to rapidly changing patient conditions are important for this assignment.
