Oncology RN in Creve Coeur, Missouri

Join an outpatient radiation oncology team in Creve Coeur, Missouri, for a 14-week travel assignment providing coordinated care to patients receiving radiation treatment. You will assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs; provide patient and family education; coordinate care; and support evidence-based clinical practice.

The schedule is Monday through Friday with 10-hour day shifts and no evenings. Tuesdays and Thursdays focus on supporting radiation oncology providers in clinic, beginning around 6:45 a.m. and continuing until the day’s patients are complete, no later than 5:00 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays include scheduling, consultation preparation, care coordination, and other team-support responsibilities, with approximate hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You will work alongside another RN Coordinator, a medical assistant, and advanced practice and physician providers. IV and port certification are required; oncology certification and EPIC experience are helpful.

Expect generally cool, crisp conditions with comfortable daytime temperatures, refreshing evenings, and occasional cloudy or rainy days. The season is well suited for scenic walks, local outings, and exploring the area between shifts.
