• Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm -- no call or weekends
• 16 - 18 patients per day
• Clinic setting
• All ages seen -- patients 5 and up
• Spanish language skills a plus
• Patient education on immunization value emphasized
• Hospital privileges required
