Travel Radiologic Technologist Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,600–$2,790
• Location: Cynthiana, Kentucky, a charming community offering a relaxed pace of life and convenient access to the greater Bluegrass region
• Healthcare Setting: On-site Cath Lab and cardiovascular imaging team
• Start Date: November 9, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks, ending February 8, 2027
• Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts per week, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; 40 hours per week
• Weekend Coverage: Required
• Call Schedule: Monday through Monday every other week, with a 30-minute call response window
• Orientation: 16 hours
• Electronic Medical Record: Meditech; prior experience is not required

CT/Radiologic Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant radiologic technology experience
• Experience supporting Cath Lab procedures, cardiovascular imaging, or interventional radiology services
• Current ARRT certification
• Active Kentucky state license or compact eligibility in hand at the time of submission
• Current ACLS certification
• Ability to work scheduled weekends and assigned call rotations
• Ability to support training and onboarding for a new technologist
• COVID-19 vaccination required; medical and religious exemptions may be considered
• Successful completion of an on-site drug test on the first day of orientation

Cath Lab Technologist Responsibilities

• Provide skilled radiologic technology and cardiovascular imaging support in the Cath Lab
• Assist physicians, nurses, and the clinical team during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with established radiation safety, quality, and patient-care standards
• Prepare equipment, supplies, and the procedural environment before examinations and Cath Lab procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, technologists, and other members of the cardiovascular care team
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in Meditech
• Follow radiation safety, infection prevention, and clinical care protocols
• Help train and support a new technologist joining the team
• Participate in the assigned weekend and call schedule
