Radiologic Technologist Job Details

• Location: Clinton, Illinois
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,630–$1,750
• Schedule: Weekend night shift, Friday through Sunday, 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Assignment Duration: 8 weeks
• Anticipated Start Date: October 16, 2026
• Work Environment: On-site diagnostic imaging services

Radiologic Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience as a Radiologic Technologist, X-ray Technologist, or CT Technologist
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
• Valid Illinois Radiologic Technologist license
• CPR certification
• Demonstrated ability to perform diagnostic X-ray examinations and CT scans
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and sound clinical judgment
• Ability to follow one- and two-step instructions and apply common sense in patient-care situations

Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations in accordance with established protocols and imaging safety standards
• Perform CT scans while prioritizing patient safety, image quality, and timely diagnostic imaging services
• Prepare patients for X-ray and CT procedures and provide clear instructions throughout each examination
• Use radiology and CT imaging equipment appropriately and complete required documentation accurately
• Apply sound clinical judgment to support quality patient care during weekend overnight shifts
• Communicate effectively with patients and members of the healthcare team
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and patient-centered imaging environment
