ICU/CCU/Critical Care RN in Fargo, North Dakota

This travel ICU RN role offers a unique opportunity to work in a large, Level 1 trauma hospital with over 250 beds in Fargo. You’ll be managing 1-3 critically ill patients across a variety of specialized units, including neuro, cardiac, trauma, and surgical. Your role involves titrating vasopressors, sedatives, and other drips, while performing bedside procedures such as RSI, line placements, and EVD insertions. The assignment emphasizes independent critical care management with the flexibility of calling in daily to determine your work location, floating among units as needed. Expect a mixture of 12-hour night shifts over 13 weeks, with orientation built into the first week to familiarize you with specific protocols and equipment. The role rewards your expertise in emergency procedures, ICU management, and familiarity with Epic charting, while giving you the chance to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced environment that truly values your experience.
