Job description
Embark on a 13-week journey as an ICU RN in Fargo, North Dakota, where you'll manage 1-3 critically ill patients across various units including neuro, cardiac, trauma, and surgical care. This role demands familiarity with titrating vasopressor drips, using Epic charting, and performing bedside procedures such as RSI and line placements. The shift is a 12-hour night rotation, offering the chance to experience a wide range of critical cases in a large hospital setting that boasts over 250 beds. Prior experience in Level 1 trauma centers and managing complex medications independently are essential to thrive here. You’ll call in each day to learn your work location within Fargo, and may float to related units or nearby facilities as needed. The role provides a comprehensive orientation to ensure you're fully prepared for the diverse patient population and procedures you’ll encounter.
