• Able to work independently and direct Medical Laboratory Assistants
• Minimum 2 years microbiology or progressive lab experience required
• Bachelor's degree in microbiology or related field required
• Board eligible by NCA or ASCP -- certification required within one year
• Clinical laboratory instrumentation and generalist skills required

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $18.70 - $23.08 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
