- 2 days per month -- 1 consult day, 1 ASC procedure day
- 4 - 8 consults per day
- Ambulatory Surgery Center -- outpatient setting
- Thursday & Friday schedule
- Procedures: discectomy, laminectomy, fusion, disc replacement, decompression
- Minimally invasive spine procedures required
- Upper & lower extremity skills a strong plus -- sports medicine oriented
- Hospital privileges required
