• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- 8hr shifts, guaranteed 8hrs/day
• 4 - 6 patients per shift
• PACE program -- exclusively serves adults over age 55
• In-clinic and community visits -- home, ALF, SNF settings
• BLS certification required
• Geriatric experience required -- PACE experience preferred
• Ongoing coverage -- minimum 2 weeks per month, up to full time

70.00 to 95.00 - hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
