- Nights: 7 pm - 7 am; day shifts also available
- 100 - 115 patients per day across a 24-hour period
- Hospital setting
- Physician and 2 APPs on night shift -- physician backup available
- Rounding and admitting -- 3 - 5 admissions per shift
