Construction Laborers

General Laborer Job Summary Join our growing construction team as a General Laborer across the Wasatch Front, earning $17-$23/hour based on experience. We're looking for reliable workers ready to tackle diverse projects from cleanup to demolition in Ogden, Provo, and Salt Lake City. What You'll Do 

• Perform site cleanup and debris removal on active construction projects
• Dig trenches and excavate areas using hand tools and small equipment
• Assist with demolition work including structure teardown and material removal
• Support restoration projects by preparing surfaces and moving materials
• Travel between job sites along the Wasatch Front as projects require
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout each shift
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Work alongside experienced crews on various construction tasks

 What You Bring Required:

• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions including rain, snow, and heat
• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing protective equipment

 Preferred:

• Previous construction or general labor experience
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and construction equipment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
