Nextaff, a leading healthcare staffing agency in Arizona, is currently hiring dependable and professional Medical Assistants (MA) for correctional facilities throughout the Phoenix Valley area.
This is a W2 position (not 1099) offering consistent scheduling, weekly pay, and full support from our team.

You do not need prior corrections experience.Candidates with at least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience within the last 2 years will receive:

- Day & Night Shift Openings Available
- Must commit to 3x12-hour shifts weekly
- Minimum 13-week commitment required
- Weekly pay every Friday (Work week runs Monday–Sunday)
- Overtime opportunities when offered by the facility and accepted by the employee

- Professional attitude and reliability
- Copy of certificate of completion from an accredited Medical Assistant Health Care Training Program
- Copy of current, completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators
- Copy of current First Aid Certification
- Copy of immunization records
