RESPONSIBILITIES• Recruit and screen candidates• Conduct interviews and assist with onboarding• Communicate with employees and clients• Post jobs and help keep the hiring process moving• Support daily recruiting and staffing activities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR• Bilingual English/Spanish required• Strong communication and people skills• Organized and comfortable multitasking• Recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or office experience is a plus• Comfortable working with people from a variety of backgrounds
