RN Long-term Care
Position Summary
As a Contract Registered Nurse, you will:- Deliver high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Respond to changes in resident conditions and medical emergencies.
- Educate residents and families on care plans and treatment.
- Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations.

Minimum Requirements
- Current resume
- Two professional references
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum one year of recent RN experience
- Long-Term Care experience preferred
