This role is ideal for someone with basic mechanical or electrical experience who enjoys hands-on work in an industrial environment.Essential Responsibilities

This role is ideal for someone with basic mechanical or electrical experience who enjoys hands-on work in an industrial environment.Essential Responsibilities
- Assist with machine repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
- Perform basic electrical tasks under the supervision of experienced technicians.
- Support building maintenance and general facility repairs.
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Move materials, parts, and equipment throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Work overtime as needed to support production and maintenance schedules.
- Basic mechanical or electrical experience preferred.
- Experience with machine or building maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Able to work in hot, dirty, and noisy industrial environments.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Willingness to learn and work safely as part of a team.
- Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, and prolonged standing.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in high-temperature environments.
- Comfortable using ladders, hand tools, and power tools.
