• Shift: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 5x8-hour schedule
• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Hours per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,790 - $1,920
• Patient Population: Adolescents and adults

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience, preferably in hand therapy or upper extremity rehabilitation
• Current state OT license preferred at the time of submission
• Epic experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• CHT certification preferred
• Strong experience with custom splinting, complex hand trauma, tendon injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation
• No new graduates

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity, hand, tendon, nerve, and soft tissue injuries
• Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans to support functional recovery and improved mobility
• Create custom splints and orthotic solutions based on patient needs
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies
• Perform reassessments, adjust treatment plans, and support safe discharge planning
• Collaborate with the rehab team to deliver excellent patient outcomes in an outpatient setting
