• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,244 - $2,493
• Location: West Chester Twp, Ohio 45069 - a welcoming community known for its convenient amenities and strong local appeal.
• Setting: On-site dispensing pharmacy
• Start Date: 10/5/2026
• Assignment Length: 26 weeks
• Schedule: 5 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Shift: 2nd shift, 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday
• Openings: 2

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of pharmacist experience required; 3+ years in a high-volume community pharmacy or mail-order pharmacy preferred
• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice
• Ability to participate in federal prescription programs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in medication dispensing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with pharmacy staff
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency and comfort with pharmacy systems
• Focused, productive work ethic with a patient-centered mindset

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently dispense prescribed medications to patients
• Review prescriptions and medication orders to support safe and appropriate fulfillment
• Maintain adherence to quality assurance standards and established pharmacy procedures
• Perform final review processes prior to shipment or distribution of medications
• Support accurate medication tracking, documentation, and recordkeeping practices
• Use sound professional judgment to resolve workflow and dispensing issues
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and pharmacy staff to maintain productivity and service excellence
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through quality-focused pharmacy operations
