Job Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months of home health occupational therapy experience within the past 3 years
- Active Occupational Therapy license or eligibility in Wisconsin

- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent time management
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
