• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,470-$1,580
• Setting: Home Health
• Service Area: Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce counties

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent home health PTA experience
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant certification/licensure
• Experience using HCHB
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory in the Lacey, WA area
• Comfort working independently while maintaining timely clinical documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled Physical Therapist Assistant services under appropriate supervision in the home health setting
• Support patient treatment plans and assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
• Help patients improve function, safety, and independence in their home environment
• Document care accurately and on time using HCHB
• Maintain productivity expectations of a minimum of 30 points per week
• Complete documentation by 10:00 AM the following day
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across the assigned counties
