• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,220 - $1,310
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Hours: 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Call: Shared call coverage with some evenings and weekends

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience required
• Experience working as a scrub technologist in the operating room
• Ability to assist with endoscopy cases
• Current BLS certification required
• Current TB clearance required
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and OR workflow
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for procedures and ensure instruments, equipment, and supplies are ready
• Maintain a sterile field and support safe, efficient surgical workflow throughout each case
• Scrub in for OR procedures and assist the surgical team as needed
• Provide support during endoscopy cases and other assigned procedures
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and team members to help cases run smoothly
• Participate in shared call coverage, including evenings and weekends as assigned
• Contribute to high standards of patient care, safety, and teamwork in the operating room
