Job Details

• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,310-$2,480
• Weekend Rotation: Approximately 1 weekend per month

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Deliver skilled acute care PT interventions to support recovery, mobility, and functional progress
• Document patient services accurately and in a timely manner in the medical record
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals, mobility strategies, and home exercise recommendations
• Consult with the care team to coordinate services and promote optimal patient outcomes
• Support discharge planning and transition planning for continued recovery after hospitalization
• Participate in weekend coverage as scheduled, including approximately one weekend per month
