Emergency Nursing Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Location: Flemington, NJ – Enjoy working in a scenic and welcoming New Jersey town with easy access to amenities and outdoor activities.
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shifts Per Week: 3
• Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts (4p-4a or 8p-8a as needed)
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Start Date: June 16, 2026
• On-Site Position: Hospital Emergency Department

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant setting (emergency department or acute care preferred)
• Active New Jersey RN license (must be in hand at time of application)
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and emergency intervention skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary collaboration

Emergency Room RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Department (ED)
• Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of acute medical and trauma conditions
• Perform rapid assessment, stabilization, medication administration, and monitoring
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to hospital policies, and support ER operations
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules and support peak patient volumes when needed
