Description
- Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time
- Schedule: 15 hours/week OR 22.5 hours/week
- Days - Flexible Hours
- Location: Philadelphia, PA, On-Site
- Rate: $43/hr. - $48/hr. +(based on experience)

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- RNAC specialty required
- Proficiency in Point Click Care for EMR
- Ability to work 2-3 days per week, including Thursdays for care plan meetings

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee resident assessments and care plans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Open MDS on off-days remotely when necessary
- Participate in ongoing training and development through Relias
