Mechanical Assembly/Production Job Summary Join our growing electronics manufacturing team in Salt Lake City as a Mechanical Assembly/Production worker earning $21.50/hour on day shift. Work a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts and opportunity for direct hire after 6 months.  What You'll Do

• Assemble electronic components and subassemblies on a fast-paced production line
• Read and follow electronic work instructions using computer systems
• Position, align, and mount components to boards using screws, bolts, and press-fit operations
• Operate manufacturing equipment including scanners, screwdrivers, and assembly tools
• Perform quality inspections and spot checks to maintain product standards
• Complete work orders and maintain production schedules to meet daily goals
• Navigate computer systems to access work instructions and log production data
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and safety compliance

 What You Bring Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand and work for 12-hour shifts
• Basic computer skills to navigate electronic work instructions
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently, 40+ pounds with assistance
• Strong English communication skills for written and verbal tasks

 Preferred

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
• Familiarity with electronic components and assembly processes
• Experience with quality control procedures
• Knowledge of 5S workplace organization
