- M - F, 8 am - 5 pm clinic and OR schedule
- OR scheduled 1 day per week
- Weeknight and weekend call required
- 10 - 15 patient encounters per shift
- Comprehensive ENT practice -- APP support in clinic and OR
- Facial trauma experience required -- includes mandible fracture repairs
- General head and neck experience -- complex head and neck not required
- Minimum 1 week per month coverage needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
