Shift Details:

• Hours are; 3:00PM - 11:00PM and 11:00PM - 7:30AM

• 40 hours work week

Behavioral Health Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities and provide support for their behavioral and emotional needs.

• Monitor patient behavior and report concerns or changes to the healthcare team.

• Help implement care plans and encourage participation in therapeutic activities.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients.

• Document patient observations and activities as required.

• Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, valid, and unrestricted SC license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

• Minimum of one (1) year/s of recent experience as BHA

• Additional certifications may be required

• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
