Travel Radiology Job Details

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,530–$1,650
• Assignment Type: Travel, on-site
• Location: Duluth, Georgia, in Gwinnett County
• Start Date: November 2, 2026
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks, through January 30, 2027
• Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts per week, Monday through Thursday
• Shift: 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Department: Radiology
• Holiday Availability: Must work two of the following three major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Day, plus one minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve

Radiologic Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in radiologic technology or diagnostic radiology
• Valid Radiologic Technologist certification and ARRT credentials
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with Cerner or comparable electronic health record systems
• Demonstrated operating room and C-arm imaging experience
• Ability to perform routine diagnostic X-ray procedures safely and accurately
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and surgical teams

Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform routine diagnostic radiographic examinations according to established protocols
• Provide radiologic support in the operating room, including C-arm imaging procedures
• Position patients safely and accurately while maintaining patient comfort and dignity
• Operate and monitor radiographic equipment while maintaining radiation safety standards
• Review diagnostic images for quality and completeness before submitting them for interpretation
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in Cerner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support efficient, high-quality patient care
