Production / General Labor Worker
Location: Middlefield, Ohio
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Our products are used in the machine tool, automotive, semiconductor, industrial equipment, and manufacturing industries.We specialize in producing high-quality structural components using our proprietary Zanite Plus polymer concrete material.Job DescriptionBaseTek is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team in Middlefield, Ohio. This position involves working with polymer concrete materials, preparing molds, assisting with casting operations, and finishing industrial components.Candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment and performing physical labor throughout their shift.Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the production of polymer concrete and mineral castings.
• Prepare, clean, and assemble molds for production.
• Measure, mix, and handle raw materials, including epoxy and quartz aggregates.
• Pour and distribute casting materials into molds.
• Remove finished castings from molds after curing.
• Grind, sand, clean, and finish manufactured components.
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic manufacturing equipment.
• Move and organize materials throughout the production area.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working with industrial materials and manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
• Reliable transportation to Middlefield, Ohio.
• Willingness to learn different manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Dress Code & Workplace Rules

• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes or boots are required.
• No shorts permitted.
• No earbuds or headphones while working.
• Uniforms will be provided upon hire.
• Employees must follow all company safety and workplace policies.
