• Night shifts -- 16 hours, 3 pm - 7 am
• Inpatient setting
• Level 3 NICU procedures required
• Skills: intubation, central line placement, peripheral arterial lines
• High-risk delivery attendance required
• Ground and air transport (fixed wing) required
• NRP certification required
