• Number of Beds - 10 LDRs, 2 OBED
• Number of Staff - 24 Bedside RNs
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift - Core: 3 RNs, 1 Scrub tech, 1 Unit Secretary
o Night Shift -
• Patient Ratios - 2:1, high risk - 1:1 or 2:1 if stable
• Type of equipment -
• EMR - CPN (Centricity), Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Current Intermediate Fetal monitoring
• ACLS
• NRP
• BLS
• O.R. Circulator
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Bilingual
• Scrub tech skills
