Job description
Unit will NOT approve any RTO on 12/24 or 12/25, with the expectation that you will be working the applicable Christmas holiday for this shift. Additionally, due to the needs of the unit, December RTO in general will need to be VERY minimal. Preference will be given to those with no December RTO.
Submittal Instructions: Please submit with confirmation that your traveler is aware of 2 pass/fail exams at orientation. There is a medication exam & a telemetry exam. Both exams allow 1 attempt. If they do not pass, then the contract is cancelled immediately. There will be several study materials provided between the compliance process and FDIs.
License Requirements: MA RN license required
Experience Requirements: 2 years of experience. Must also have teaching hospital experience.
Weekend Requirement: EOW/EOH
Required Certs: BLS required. ACLS preferred.
Float Requirements: Will float to other inpatient tele units, as needed.
Unit Details: Common patient population: Elective Orthopedic, Spine, GYN, & Gyn/Onc surgeries.
Previous Travel Requirement: Must have prior travel experience
Charting: Must have prior Epic experience
