o Day Shift - ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Dependent on census
o Night Shift - Dependent on census
• Patient Ratios - 1:5
• Type of equipment - Spine & Ortho braces
• EMR -Meditech
