o Day Shift - ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Charge RN, RNs, CSTs, Anesthesia techs, orderly, equipment techs
o Night Shift - Charge RN, RNs, CTSs
• Patient Ratios - 1:1
• Type of equipment - OR
• EMR -Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• 5 years experience
• Meditech experience
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Neuro experience/ECRP experience
• Vascular experience/Advanced procedures
